Sometimes the process of purchasing property can be daunting. Young Associates can research properties prior to or after purchase to help determine restrictions or requirements in order to develop, build on, or use a property. We find out about the zoning, wetlands or other critical areas, eagle habitat, septic/water availability, bank stabilization, access easements, or other issues that would impact the use or development of a parcel.

We can then prepare a property Feasibility Study from the information that has been gathered. This can be a simple written report, or a more complex report including photographs, topographical maps, critical areas maps, and other pertinent materials, including correspondence with county and state agencies regarding the parcel.
